A mahoosive THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who
took part in the inaugural Hackney half marathon yesterday morning to raise
funds for ReachOut.
The total amount raised so far (at 10am Monday, including gift
aid and match funding) is a whopping £10,560.76!
The Run Hackney event was a huge success. The sun shone and
the atmosphere was fantastic as hundreds of Hackney residents lined the streets
to cheer on the runners.
After the race the exhausted and slightly sunburnt runners
gathered at the ReachOut marquee for goody bags, massages and a well-deserved
rest.
